On our most popular new Motive Power Batteries & Chargers, manufactured by Douglas Battery, orders will be shipped within 24 hours after the receipt of the order.  On our most popular new Motive Powe Batteries manufactured by Battery Builders, orders will be shipped within 5-10 days after the receipt of the order.  Allow 3-5 working days for delivery in most cases.  

When non-standard new Motive Power Batteries & Chargers, manufactured by Douglas Battery or Battery Builders, Inc. are needed, Battery Works, Inc., can assist you on giving you an approximate date of shipping, upon contacting us.. 

We are able to ship anywhere in the world, F.O.B. (Freight on Buyer)

Please, ask for assistance on any battery or charger order concerning specifications or sizes.  All returns must have a return authorization and return freight is the buyers responsibility.  There is a 20% restocking fee on all batteries.and chargers.

Any reconditioned - used battery or charger shipping is F.O.B. on all orders.

All  other new, non Douglas or Battery Builders Manufactured, battery or charger shipping is F.O.B. on all orders.
